Prof. Michael J. Gregorek, Esq. (kindly referred to as the “Judge”) has a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Judge Gregorek has worn many hats: attorney, real estate broker, registered tax professional, small claims arbitrator, notary public, court evaluator and administrative law judge.
Turning his attention to education, he taught law students trial techniques. Then for another decade, he taught college students philosophy, history, political science and business law. For two decades in academia, he has taught students First Amendment issues and ethics.
He was the founder and chief advisor of Great American Mentoring, a college organization organized to teach business sense and social grace, whose students won umpteen awards, including best new organization, best organization, the Martin Luther King, Jr. award, outstanding international student, outstanding student leader and more.
He is also the founder and executive director of Gregorek & Associates on Madison Avenue, which began as an experiential learning course mimicking a marketing firm; and continued as an organization for student-led research in marketing.
He served as the Director of Professional Enrichment, revamping the dean’s program to share industry experts with students into another student-run organization with countless more accolades for the students.
Judge Gregorek has been fortunate throughout these decades of teaching to have been acknowledged for outstanding achievements in adjunct teaching, for exemplary supervision of experiential education, and for outstanding service to students. The greatest joy is forever the thousands of students.
